Hi, I’m Chef Sean, founder of Kingdom Catering and Design. For more than 20 years, I’ve brought people together through beautifully prepared food, thoughtfully designed spaces, and the kind of hospitality that makes every guest feel welcome.

Today, my culinary work includes creating dining experiences for discerning clients in downtown Chicago. That same attention to flavor, presentation, and service shapes every Kingdom gathering, from an intimate dinner at home to a celebration in a ballroom.

I see an event as one complete experience: the atmosphere when guests walk through the door, the pleasure of a beautifully presented meal, and the final bite of dessert. Whether I’m preparing a generous buffet or a plated dinner, I want each moment to feel connected, personal, and full of care.

My creativity extends beyond the kitchen to draping, balloons, lanterns, paper flowers, signage, and the details that give a space its character. Food and design belong together, each setting the stage for people to relax, connect, and celebrate.

At the heart of it all is something simple: I love making people happy. Creating an experience where you feel cared for and your guests feel celebrated is why I do this.

How do I get a quote?
Share your event date, location, estimated guest count, and the services you’re considering. Chef Sean will follow up to discuss the details and prepare a personalized proposal. An inquiry does not reserve your date.

What areas do you serve?
We serve Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your location.
 

What types of cuisine do you offer?
Our chefs specialize in a wide range of cuisines, including Italian, French, Asian, Mediterranean, and more. We tailor our menus to meet your specific preferences and dietary requirements.
 

Are family meals available?
Yes! Our current Fall Family Meals menu offers homemade meatloaf or grilled herbed chicken with any two sides. Order by Thursday, October 22 for pickup or delivery October 23 & 24. View this week’s menu and prices.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Our chefs are experienced in creating delicious meals that cater to various dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more. Please let us know your requirements when booking.
